I have a confession to tell

And you should pay attention

GM Thinkers! It’s Friday, and I have 0 plans for the weekend. On Tuesday, I got my resident permit to stay in Turkey for a few more months, so I’m enjoying the end of summer with a cool 27 degrees today. It’s all well and good, but I must tell you the truth. It’s confession time.

A ghostwriter’s confession

I have no idea what I’m doing. I’m building a business currently generating $5k a month with a 99% profit margin, and I’m just winging it, learning as each new challenge presents itself.

And you know what? That’s absolutely normal. I’ve never run a ghostwriting business before, so how could I know it all already?

Nobody knows how to run a business until they’ve done so. Stop asking 100s of questions and get started. I said yes to my first ghostwriting enquiry while having a 6 figure job because I wanted to fuck around and find out if it would work.

  • I don’t have all the answers.

  • I don’t have a cold outreach template.

  • I don’t have a website or business card.

  • I don’t have a course to rely on when things get tough.

What I have is an infallible will to move forward. My #1 strength is my ability to not give a fuck about yesterday’s problem. When problems happen, I figure out how to solve them at that time.

If you can adopt a “0 fucks given” mentality and figure things as they come, you’ll be in a much better place eventually.

If you need help setting up your ghostwriting business, you can also contact me, and I’ll tell you the A-Z of my setup, process and monetisation plan.

I’m using Friend.tech to help you.

I have been receiving quite a few DM’s per day recently as I establish myself as a web3 ghostwriter.

Do you know the main questions I get? “How do you find clients?” and “How much do you charge?”.

I charge between $75 to $150 per hour if you want to get on a call with me. I used to hop on free calls all the time, but it’s not gotten to a point where it’s not sustainable anymore.

That’s why I’ve decided to join Friend.tech and use it as an AMA channel. You can buy my key, ask a question, and sell it afterwards if you want to recoup (most) of your money.

It seems like the most useful way I can monetise while still helping out my audience. That way, you can get your answers much cheaper since you can resell the key.

Thanks for reading all the way through. If you have any feedback or want to get in touch, send me a DM on X
